3 Houses for Sale

It’s a new year and everyone has set their goals. Whether it was on paper or not, I think most people make decisions pertaining to the new year… eat healthier, go on a trip, learn a new skill, look for a new job or move to a new house! If you or someone you know is thinking of moving here is your chance to see three houses that have just come on the market. I would love to take you through them or show you something else if they don’t fit the bill.

First one is a townhouse tucked into a quiet South Jordan neighborhood. It’s loaded with upgrades! Granite everywhere, vaulted ceilings, large bedrooms, cozy fireplace and an open living room. The patio opens to a manicured, open, green space. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, built in 2009 and is listed for $239,900.

You can’t miss the gorgeous yard with mature trees where you could enjoy an afternoon on the shaded patio. It has a 2 car garage and is listed for $324,900.

I am a REALTOR

I am a realtor! I am so excited and loving every aspect of it. My dad has always been in real estate and he started his company Chapman Richards and Associates with his partner George Richards in 1978. (I was 1 years old.)

I have grown up spending Sundays in the car visiting lots and houses that were in the process of being built. When my dad picked me up from my dancing or singing lessons we would always seem to stop by and check on the progress of a spec house. Sometimes it was dark and the houses had no electricity and I loved listening to him describe the house to me and I imagined what it really looked like. I really have always loved houses.

My dad has been begging me for years to get into the business telling me that I would be great at it. (I hope I can be! I would love to help you find a house or sell yours so call me.:-)) I finally decided to make the jump with a lot of encouragement from Greg. After tons of late night classes I finished school, took the test (7 am, the morning we left to Vegas) and passed! Greg had the cutest bag for the car ride full of all my favorite treats and a wonderful card telling me how proud he was of me and all my hard work. I asked him what he would’ve done if I hadn’t passed and he said he would have given it to me anyway. It was much more fun to eat and celebrate a pass than a fail.

I love helping people with the sale and purchase of houses. It is the biggest purchase of your lifetime! Please let me know if you or your friends and family are thinking of moving or wanting to buy. I will take great care of you all!
