It is not very often that I see a house in a magazine that I am taken with every room, but this one was fabulous! I love rooms that bring together different decorating styles. I lean towards a contemporary style but I love a traditional piece or two that warms up the space or a pop of color that is unexpected and don’t forget the artwork!

I stumbled across Brooke Shields house in Architectural Digest and I am loving it all! Truly all the rooms that they photographed were gorgeous. I could move right in!:-) It is also located in Manhattan, which is one of my favorite cities.

I love the simple fireplace, fabulous chandeliers, gorgeous table and orange leather on the chairs…

Love the Carrera marble fireplace, transparent coffee table and mix of modern art with traditional portraits. I also like that the two pieces on the sides of the fireplace do not match, but the chairs do.

So bright and airy.
